Dimitri "Meech" Fantini
Dimitri "Meech" Fantini received a drum set for his first birthday and has been playing ever since. He grew up in and around recording studios, and more formal music education began with drum teacher Woody Sutton at the age of eleven. Dimitri was then accepted to the Cab Calloway School of the Arts in 2004 where he majored in percussion and piano studies, performing in several school jazz bands and live shows. Since graduating, Dimitri has been producing, recording, composing, and engineering in professional recording studios, and has recently moved to Maryland after working on a recording project in California. Dimitri specializes in rock, jazz, Latin, and funk drumming. He also teaches guitar, bass, and ukulele.
